What's Up With Tracking Mascots?

Hello Penguins! I got some very sad news! For the next few parties that a famous mascot on Club Penguin will be on I will probably will not be tracking them. "Why?" you may ask... It is because a very special friend of mine is making a PHP mascot tracker for each mascot every once a month... All trackers will be completed EXACTLY by April 14, 2012
