How to complete Chapter 4 of Operation: Blackout:

Step 2. Click on section 4 and equip the Deflection Vest and click "Go There!".
Step 3. Walk to the yellow door. It will open, enter it.
Step 4. Walk to the computer and click "Yes" to access the security terminal.
Step 5. Solve the puzzle. Move all the blocks to enter the key.
